Scappoose Hospitality Group continues to advance the development of its 107-room Home2 Suites by Hilton in Scappoose, Oregon through a disciplined, milestone-driven approach.

Since project inception, significant progress has been made across site control, market analysis, entitlements, engineering, technical due diligence, and brand coordination. The project has secured Hilton brand approval, completed key planning and engineering milestones, and received major land use approvals necessary to advance toward construction.

The development team is now focused on final pre-construction activities, including construction documentation, contractor coordination, capital formation, and the completion of project financing. As these milestones are achieved, the project will transition into construction and ultimately deliver a high-quality extended-stay hotel serving the rapidly growing Columbia County Innovation Corridor.
