Scappoose Hospitality Group was formed to develop high-quality, franchise-backed hospitality projects in Columbia County and surrounding markets, beginning with its flagship Home2 Suites by Hilton development in Scappoose.

As the platform matures, SHG plans to pursue additional opportunities, including future phases within the Scappoose Innovation District, aligned with long-term community and economic development goals.

Angela Rowe brings more than 20 years of experience in hotel investment and development, with a proven track record across multiple national brands. She has led projects from site acquisition and entitlements through financing, construction, and operations. Her disciplined, detail-driven approach ensures each development meets rigorous brand, lender, and investor standards.

Scott Parker
Scott Parker is a longtime entrepreneur, landowner, and investor in Columbia County with deep roots in the Scappoose community. He brings local market knowledge, strategic vision, and long-term capital commitment to the partnership. His focus on sustainable growth and community-oriented development helps align each project with local priorities and long-term economic vitality.
